This is typical SS Tank of size 7500X1200X1250mm, with 12 MT capacity, used for water dipped ultrasonic testing of aircraft parts. This moves on the rails with SEW drive and VFD (for change in speed). The positional accuracy is achieved by absolute type encoder. It is programmed through Siemens PLC for performing designated sequence.
This is typical sealer application supplied to Ford India. The sealant is dispensed on component which is kept on rotating table by pneumatic gun. Then component is kept on trolley , which moves with the help of conveyor to curing carousal ( which is 6700 mm diameter indexing table )This carousel then indexed by 15 degrees to accommodate next component with trolley. It has got capacity for 24 trolleys. The movement is forward and reverses, so empty trolley can again take to loading of fresh component.
Gantry & Rotator System for Automated UT scanning of Shells
This is a system made for Ultrasonic testing of big Shells weighing upto 40 MT.This system consists of Rotators of two types, one for testing of main shell & other is for Test rig and used for UT probe calibration.
The rotators are consists of PU roller with drive mechanism, through Servo motors, gear box & gears to have required torque output.There are two drive rollers & two set of idler rollers concludes one rotator.
This is similar for Test rig also.For probe movement there is a gantry, X axis movement is 7500mm, Y axis movement is 1500mm & Z axis movement is 1400mm.X&Y axis are servo controlled & Z axis is manually adjusted.


Honeycomb Mesh Belt Cooling Conveyor
This is our company’s First Export project to USA, These are cooling conveyor with Honeycomb mesh belt. We have exported two of such conveyors of length 10.5 meters and 6.5 meters.
These are used in perfume factory in Atlanta, for cooling of perfume glass jars. The width of conveyors are 1140mm and load carrying capacity, UDL is 1MT (1000 Kg)
We have made it as modular construction with easy dismantling and assemble again & clear instructions for assembly.
So that our engineer need not go to USA for installation and the party themselves carried out the assembly work, with some instructions from here.
This was a good and smooth experience for us.
